Our room was large and had a wonderful view of the river. Parking was easy and the wifi worked well. We enjoyed being close to several small towns where we were able to have some great local cuisine. Breakfast was very nice.

The B&B was possibly the best planned and executed facility we have ever stayed at. The attention to detail was amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Excellent breakfast. Spa center and very nice swimming pool
Very quiet and peaceful. Fine architecture. A "working" village that isn't atall "flash" or "showy" and all the better for that. Not a tourist trap. Needs a good corner store. No parking problems and a lovely place unless you're a young "raver" or night owl. Very civilised. If you are too, then you'll love it. If not, please stay away and visit Magaluf!

Sehr gemütlich, which mean a terrific place to visit for relaxation.
Stress hasn't reach Urzig in a very positive way.
Combine it with wine tasting and wine shopping to fill up your home wine cellar.
Just to sit down on the Mosel embankment a warm summer evening watching a big flatboat passing by really charge your batteries for new adventures.
Do not miss this pearl in the center of the Mosel valley
The staff are exceptionally friendly and professional. The hotel is located in a very nice area, it has a huge sunny terrace facing the river and the adjoining breakfast room also has a nice river view. The breakfast had a very good choice of fresh and dried fruits, bread, cheese, etc., all of which was very nicely served. Our room was small and it did not face the river but it was quiet at night and we did not regret because we used to come back only for the sleep. The location is good for visiting other towns in the area.
Lovely setting in a picturesque wine-growing town on the Mosel river. Charming owner (very limited English) and cosy wine cellar for drinks and meals. Our room was very plain, but clean and comfortable; the bathroom was large, with a good shower. Breakfast was standard buffet style, in a large bright room. The town is popular with German tourists, especially cyclists, as it's a stop on an extensive network of cycle paths in the Mosel valley.
It was an absolutely amazing stay. Wonderful new accomodation, we had an attic apartment with a beautiful view of Mosel river. Amazing wine and bike trails (paths) and surrounding nature. Beautiful romantic towns and villages (for example: Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach, Zell, Kröv, Erden... and of course Ürzig:-)) Very heplful and nice (friendly) host. I can only recommend this stay!!! Do not hesitate... ;-)
This is a beautiful new apartment with a huge terrace overlooking the river, while located in the centre of Ürzig. It is very well furnished, spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. Access is very convenient and there is a parking in front of the building. It is a great place to stay if one wants to explore the region. The owner was very helpful and we had a fantastic time there!
Very helpful owner, helped in choosing must-see places to visit. Quiet, clean, modern and comfortable accommodation. A terrace with a view of the Moselle River and a glass of wine will delight the evening. Even on hot days it is pleasant inside. Parking in front of the house. Many tourist destinations in the area, from history to visiting wineries.
Ian and his wife were wonderfully kind hosts. They are very welcoming and helpful. It's a great story how they started a hotel along the Moselle as Englishmen. On arrival, we were able to join a wine tasting from Rebenhof (https://www.rebenhof-schmitz.de/) by Johannes Schmitz right away. Excellent wine by the way! Breakfast was also excellent.
Lovely hotel overlooking the Moselle. Large well furnished and clean room with river view. Really helpful and friendly owner and staff. Excellent food in the restaurant. We felt the wine in the restaurant was a bit expensive, but overall an excellent stay.
Location is fine, available parking space, modern room equipment, very clean family owned hotel. Communication with the hotel was very good, German knowledge is not really necessary but advantageous as the host speaks English and is a very helpful person.
Awesome apartment. Everything was great. Nice view from the Balcony. Located right at the Mosel River. Highly recommended. Traben-Trarbach and Bernkastel-kues are also not far away. Would book it again.
Very nice, ambiant location with many vineyard and nice winehouses, close to Bernkastel. Good breakfast incl. , A garage to park our 2 motorbikes just opposite of the entrance of the hotel.
