The apartment was is old house. The surfaces of the apartment have been renovated. The bathroom has not been renovated, although its service life has probably ended 20 years ago. The pipes in the bathroom smell and the seams are moldy. There is no ventilation in the apartment, so the humidity in the bathroom cannot escape.
