The hosts were exceptionally hospitable as they were waiting for us among the dense swarm of mozzies, unphased. The rooms are practical and comfortable. I would recommend anyone to buy their breakfast as the spread is just amazing. The location is conveniently close to the Triigi port if you're going/coming that way and don't fancy a long drive to/from Kuressaare. It's also surrounded by woods and is so quiet.

This is a brand new (renovated) property in a wonderful location--almost on the very coast (just crossing a small street) of the Baltic Sea. It's quiet, serene, and sunsets are breathtaking. Hosts are super nice (the entire family is in business). Chalet rooms are very clean, bedlinen are pristine white, beds are very comfortable.
I also ate dinner in the restaurant and it was absolutely delicious and not overpriced. There are several breakfast options to choose from, and all of them come with as much coffee/tea one wants as well as a delicious smoothy. Some of the best food I had in Saaremaa!

Obviously, the hostel is not for everyone. But for those, who appreciate this kind of accommodation, I'd say look no further. A very special hostel, which is nothing short of a true albeit simple hotel. Outdoor sports facilities well kept if you come with a group of friends. I still have memories of some kolchoz farms back in the day, and Oitme is by far the best of them all! As a bonus, it is close to the ferry to Hiiumaa.
