The facility is very beautiful and well- kept. Clearly there has been a lot of attention to detail and to create a cozy environment. The welcome was professional but warm at the same time. The bedrooms and the stunning breakfast room / lounge are all brand new and just the right side of designer chic. But the best thing about the hotel is that underneath the design-led exterior, De La Osa is a family guest house. Service here is personal and Anna is a warm and welcoming host who goes out of her way to make your trip special; she clearly loves meeting people and was especially great with our daughter. The fire pit to keep you warm for star gazing was a real bonus!
