Staff very helpful and the hotel lobby and general feel of the hotel is bright and clean. The location is great for visiting the sites of Palma or for dining in the now trendy area of Santa Catalina. The views from the rooftop pool are superb of the cathedral and the marina. (See negative comments). Extensive choice for breakfast, everything was fresh and well prepared.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right at the heart of the city with amazing views over the cathedral from the rooftop terrace. The pool area was also very nice. Breakfast was excellent. The room itself was basic but comfortable.
