If your going to visit Montserrat Cathedral and grounds, then this is the place for you to stay! Getting to the top of the mountain is not for the faint of heart as the road hugs a mountain all the way up. The restaurant that is attached is also great for dinner and good for a continental+ breakfast. Quaint setting with the hotel at the center of it all.

It was a quiet and pretty location. The hosts were very nice!. We were well located to visit Montserrat, as well as some wineries. My favorite thing was the dog, Blat! He was so sweet and made us feel very at home!

There was a bit of confusion on where the apt was with the owner, and ended up with the wrong address and the right address again. Caused a fair bit of back and fourth, but the owner was great about getting us sorted in the end. Several things for future tenents, there is no uber and only two taxis in the town, plan to leverage your spanish if you need to book. Owner helps us book a taxi to airport for 90 euros.

We just had one night to spend in Masia Casajoana (half way to our destination for few nights), but this is easily a destination in itself to explore part of the Sant Llorenc, de Munt and Obac natural park. There seem to be plenty of potential walks. We didn't have the time to explore the village itself (Rellinars).
