Having stayed in the Villa Maria a couple of years ago, it was nice to see the rooms had been decorated to freshen them up and by using a light colour had certainly made the rooms a more pleasant environment to be in

Gréât hôtel , idéal if you are passing thru ..20 mins from Santander by car..Gréât staff , gréât little bar , the breakfast fantastic at value at 4 euros …You could get coffee , beer anything whenever .Some of the bigger hotels could learn something ..

This hotel is pleasing on the eye and brilliantly located just off the main route into Santander making it ideal for a stopover before an early afternoon ferry sailing. The room rate is good value. This hotel features a 'posh' restaurant for evening dining and boasts excellent, knowledgeable and attentive service by the staff and the food-especially in our limited experience-the desserts really are something special. The Wine list is extensive too. The large car park is not undercover and (fortunately for us) had just two vacant places when we arrived.
