The room was very nice with two balconies and a view of the bridge. The ambience was very pleasant. It was kind of the hotel to offer facilities to make tea and coffee etc although we didn't need to.

The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Not noisy at nights. The hotel has a small nice terrace with great view. Centrally located in the beautiful village of Besalu.

The room was clean, the fittings for the windows were like from an old farmhouse, which was a really nice touch. The ambience of the location was really nice.

The host of the place is amazing. He was very friendly and helpful, he provided great recommendations for the hikes close by and for the restaurants to have dinner. As for the room, it is ok as for one night stay. I really liked that it was clean and that the room had a bathtub. The view from the bar/restaurant downstairs is really nice.
