This hotel is exceptional, the rooms are lovely and very well cleaned. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, with complimentary drinks given on our arrival at their roof-top bar. The location is perfect, with everything in walking distance. A perfect stay!
It was 12 euros taxi into Seville Old Town
Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.

Amazing breakfast, rooms are spacious, the view is nice and so is the pool if you're able to use it when it's sunny. The bar/restaurant has some decent menu options and they offer room service. Walkable to a nearby grocery store. Staff are helpful and try to answer questions as best as possible. Lobby area and lounge is wonderful and allows for a bit of space if you're travelling. It would be ideal if they had outlets so you can do some calls or leisure time without disturbing people in the hotel room. Nice ambiance and decor.
We loved the ambiance at this hotel, even though there were a lot of people there , it was very peaceful ; every staff member we encountered were very professional and friendly. The food in the piano bar was exceptional , we ate there 3 times during a 2 night stay. !! Try the bean stew!! The gym was well equipped and quiet. Also good to note that parking outside the hotel was free, it’s only private parking they costs €6 - bonus !!
Spacious room that was clean and had everything we needed, even though it was a little dated inside the room. The best part was access to the pool, with towels provided. We were on a roadtrip so free parking was a delight, and we were able to visit the Sevilla city center by taking the hotel shuttle bus to metro (only 1 euro per person per day). It was a great stay!
Big room, modernly furnished and decorated, elegant hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, big plus with free shuttle transfer to subway station, large free outdoor parking, good breakfast with lots of delicious options, many facilities (gym, outdoor swimming pool), good value for money. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
The staff were ok, but not the greatest welcome from Reception. We had dinner which was ok & restaurant staff were pleasant. Nice public areas in the hotel. Some good restaurants a walk away, but a little tricky to walk to. Courtesy bus to metro was good. Plenty of free parking.
The breakfast was very complete and various choices.
The rooms where spacious and clean.
The hotel lobby is spectacular and gorgeous. Many places to seat. The restaurant serves very delicious food and at a affordable price.
The swimming pool was not overcrowded.
Decent price hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was nice. The room and the lobby and the facility was very clean. The hotel offered a shuttle to the metro. The windows open up wide to get good breeze and fresh air.
