The hotel is in an excellent location & a short walk from both the beach & the centre of Ciutadella. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished & has a lovely pool & surrounding area. We were given a suite on the top floor with a wonderful terrace which was a great surprise. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice & there was drinking water permanently available at reception. Our coffee machine was swiftly replaced when we found it faulty. The hotel also gave us a welcome present of local biscuits which was a nice touch.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Our room was exceptionally clean and airy, with air con if we needed it. Beds comfy and bathroom pristine, with lots of hot water. Extra pillows available if needed. Continental breakfast was very good value at €4.50 with lots of choice.
Pool area, small, but has everything you need, including some welcome shaded areas.
A great place to stay for exploring Ciutadella. Just a two minute walk to one of the many squares, where small bars were open till late if you wanted.
Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at in a room with private pool and it was really private and cosy. The staff was super nice, helpful and reactive. The decor and details were gorgeous and very different to what we usually see in design hotels, it's modern yet charming and traditional at the same time. The breakfast was good, could have a bit more variety in terms of cheese and sweet options (e.g. healthy, homemade pancakes).
