Staff very helpful and the hotel lobby and general feel of the hotel is bright and clean. The location is great for visiting the sites of Palma or for dining in the now trendy area of Santa Catalina. The views from the rooftop pool are superb of the cathedral and the marina. (See negative comments). Extensive choice for breakfast, everything was fresh and well prepared.
Overlooking Mallorca’s Palma Bay, this hotel features 1 outdoor pool, a hot tub and small gym. Each air-conditioned room includes satellite TV, free WiFi and a private balcony, some with sea views.

It exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The room was perfect, clean and modern with a lovely bathroom and a huge shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and cool with air-con and a ceiling fan. We had a side balcony but there was still a nice view of the port and cruise ships. From previous reviews, we had seen that some of the rooms were slightly dated but ours had been newly renovated and we couldn't fault it. The bar and pool area were excellent with the best view in Palma - you'd book for that view if nothing else. The sun loungers were lovely and comfortable and the pool area was pleasant. You could hire pool towels for a refundable 5 euro deposit. We ate and drank at the bar on a couple of occasions and the prices were reasonable and the food was high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxed city break as the centre of Palma is a short bus or taxi ride away and the bus stop is right outside the hotel. It's also easy to get to Cala Major in the other direction. The hotel's location isn't ideal for access as it's up a steep hill. We had people with us with reduced mobility but this wasn't a problem as there was a funicular lift down to the main road with the bus stop and the reception staff were always available to book taxis which arrived within five minutes. It's worth the hill for the view!
