Our host was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Despite this being a last minute booking he laid on a delicious evening meal for us made with fresh produce from his farm. Our room was cosy and full of character. We were welcomed with a delicious breakfast the next morning. This is a very special place steeped in history and well worth a visit. It was very quiet and peaceful. Very small village with narrow road for a 2 ways traffic. I was on a working trip so for me it was perfect to enjoy the view of the nature after a long working day.
