When we arrived at 7.30 pm, the room was not ready. We could check in from 2pm but due to travel we arrived at 7.30pm yet room was not ready. We were also told that it will take another hour as there was no clean linen for the room. We were tired from travel yet we had to wait another hour. We were offered another room which was a standard room while we had booked a sunset room. Yet the reception was not offering to reduce rate. They were charging us same for standard room as the sunset room which is more expensive. There were little cockroaches in our room.

I had a wonderful experience here even though we stayed for a night only. The location is out of all the hustle and bustle where you can just relax in a well maintained, calm and private environment. Loved the pool, was clean and very well maintained. The house was clean and felt fresh, like a home away from home. Shops were not too far away as well to grab food etc. The hosts were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late as per our request, we even got an extra bonus hours on top as our flight was later in the afternoon. Definitely recommend this place.
