Location was good. Walking distance to restaurants and walking distance to the Dunkirk museum and the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite old but clean and the breakfast was nice.

Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming.
Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very comfortable. Had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant, best steak I have had for a long time.
My only niggle, would like to see proper cups/mugs in the room, do not like the small plastic cups at all.
We will be staying there again on our return trip.

Room was fine for a one night stop, en route to the Channel Tunnel. Just outside Dunkirk, it was convenient for what we wanted, a visit to the large Auchan at Grande Synthe and then setting off for the Channel Tunnel. We were on the ground floor, which meant that we were able to park the car immediately outside the room, which was a great help. The lady in reception was pleasant and very helpful (not always our experience at budget hotels).
Excellent hotel, clean and tidy. Lovely views over the lake every day. Staff were lovely and friendly all week. One of the cleaning staff very kindly found us a fan for the room as it was very hot for the week. Special mention for Alicia who was absolutely fantastic for us, given my terrible attempts at speaking French she made it very easy for us to order, always smiling and again just made us feel so so welcome. Highly recommend this hotel.
Arrived and had booked an accessible room! Let out what I assume is the only room for disabled!! The receptionist called the hotel campanile next door who had a room free! We move lock stock and barrel to there and the room was just great. Breakfast great! I would not advise any wheelchair user to use the first hotel! Use campanile as it’s perfect 🙄
The value for money is amazing. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. The view both from the room and the restaurant are great because the lake is massive. The hotel also has a nice bar. Dinner was very good and breakfast was nice. It is almost a 4-star hotel
Great view from the back of the hotel set on the side of a lake, turned up after a delayed crossing at midnight and the reception made me a ham and cheese roll and reopened the bar to allow for a couple of swift and needed beers
Perfect location travelling with eurotunnel.
Perfect location to walk the dogs - lake walk literally opposite side of hotel
Very friendly staff
Doors onto car park so easy to unload/ load
Tea and coffee making facility
It's a budget hotel, so keep your expectations in check! However I found it totally adequate for a night's rest, the bedding and towels were clean, the shower hot, the free wifi fast, all for an unbeatable price!
Compared to other premiere classe hotels this one is terrible shape. Rooms are dirty. Walls need to be repainted. Things were broken inside. Bathroom tiny. Outside does not look like it is maintained.
