Private parking, wonderful view of the lake, fast access to the lake and Annecy town by car and there are a lot of parking places in the town close to the central boulevard, parking is free after 18:00 and on Sundays. Breakfast is fine for 1-2 days stay. It was clean and quiet and we had good stay.

Staff was super friendly. The hotel is close to 2 different bus stops which helps a lot for festival goers traveling on a budget. The breakfast was also surprisingly really nice, especially the croissants! Overall it was a pretty good value for money considering I was traveling during such a busy period (June).
