You’ll receive an exceptional service from the moment you arrive. Everything is preempted for you making you feel very special as guests. The hotel is designed beautifully throughout with an incredible attention to detail. The bedrooms are stunning, spacious and provide spectacular views over the Champagne vineyards. The bar and bistro restaurant are brilliant but for a truly memorable experience book into The Royal which is outstanding. The Spa and treatments are 5 star and extremely luxurious. We spent two days at the hotel and neither of us wanted to leave - we can’t wait to return.

The staff and everything about this hotel was brilliant. Everything you needed was there. A local tram close to the hotel takes you to the city. Exceptional breakfast. All of the staff went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. Free secure parking. Special thanks to Mohamed, Lena, Euzo & Aida who really took care of us after arriving from really shocking accommodation left prematurely, which was not suitable for us. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I don’t know how often it reaches late 30’s in the summer but they are not prepared for it.
More fans and preferably aircon is required in the rooms for the prices charged.

Amazing little village with tons of roses in the summer and tons of champagne houses. Everyone was friendly and tried to speak English when they could. I definitely recommend visiting this place and trying out their champagnes. We stayed at Cottages Antoinette and ate dinner at Chateau du Rilly. Both places are amazing and highly recommend them both. The scenery is beautiful as you are surrounded by vineyards and the town is very walkable (with some hills). We visited for our anniversary and it was amazing.
