The host is a very kind gentleman, friendly charming and kind. The accomodation is unique with lots of lovely special touches which add to the stay. It has everything you need for a pleasant experience. Lots of forest walking from the door. A fabulous experience and incredible value.

The bedroom and bathroom were both bigger than average, and were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfasts and evening meals were excellent (although one must be aware of the short restaurant opening times during the evening). This is a tranquil place for a relaxing stay, with no traffic noises and no television.
This hotel is located just a 15-minute walk from the Château du Vieux Windstein and 9.5 km from the spa town of Niederbronn-les-Bains.

Hotel is basically fine, there is a small spa and pool which was busy but otherwise not bad. The location right in the centre of Niederbronn is surprisingly quiet and quite pleasant. We were offered free and convenient parking with ev charge (at domestic voltage) available, at a second hotel of the same chain, a few hundred metres away on foot towards the edge of the historic village centre. We didn't use it however, because the municipal parking is anyway free on Sundays.
