Given key to room 9 on arrival but with lots of stairs plus the rooms were on 2 floors with awkward stairs. Also the bedroom had no curtains and view to river not good.
Fortunately room 1 was available and so much better with good views of river. Very well refurbished plus a fridge and coffee maker making it ideal. Also close to Giverny.

Excellent breakfast and separate onsite & up market restaurant. There are extensive grounds that you can walk in and its a lovely quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Extremely welcoming host, secure place to put my bike. Comfortable bed and great shower, much needed after long bike ride. Opted to have evening meal, which was first class, well worth it, and gave the opportunity to meet other travellers and compare notes about bike trip.
