A very warm welcome after a few days traveling around France. Very homely. Free flow of drinks, coffee, tea, cakes, fruits at the lobby. Room is cozy, with lots of books & special toys. Uniquely decorated. Bed is comfortable. The best hotel we've stayed in on our entire trip to France. Located near Gare de Lyon train station, walking distance. Highly recommended.

Everything was clean and looked like in the photos. The staff was really helpful and friendly, helping us to reach the parking spot as well. It is situated close by center with a metro/uber.

City centre, you could tell the room was recently renovated.
They upgraded us to a bigger room when we got there so we were all more comfortable.
The team was extremely friendly - Nadia and Sonia specifically in the reception, they were lovely, caring, remembered our names and always welcomed us with a smile on their faces. Nadia gave us the best tips of places to try some pintxos.
The staff at the restaurant/breakfast as well, such a lovely bunch. This (senior) man greeted us everyday asked us about our day, plans - unfortunately I didn't get his name - and Luz that was also leading breakfast alongside him. Made sure we were being assisted at all times.
Work on our facade is currently underway until June 15th, 2024. The Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon hotel is located close to the trains and metros of Gare de Lyon. WiFi is free.

Staff was really helpful when I felt unwell and they immediately stepped up to help. The room they allocated for 1st night was noisy and they accommodated a room change to a quieter corner.
