We stayed here on our journey back to the UK and we were elated with not only this property but Claire who owns it. The family room was big, clean, modern and perfect for the 3 of us. Claire was exceptional and very accommodating as we arrived later than anticipated and even the very early start we had the next day. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely art deco hotel. Food was good. Location very central and parking located underneath but not free. Room was nice overlooking the canal but very noisy roadworks from quite early.

Reception staff always very helpful and friendly. Excellent English speaking staff. Room was very quiet, we had a view over the car park which is free and secured. Breakfast was excellent. Have stayed in the two adjacent hotels previously at a much higher cost, but always had cause to complain. This hotel absolutely no complaints a great relief will definitely be returning to this hotel. Very close to the lake which is an excellent place to walk or use the fitness trail.. Tea and coffee making in the room.

Great location for walking into the centre. Everything I needed in the room. Good breakfast with an extra cup of tea when I asked for it. The price was reasonable for the amenities provided.
