The host was very accommodating, helpful and nice. We enjoyed a drink together. It was great to be able to use the fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom was comfortable. Lovely outdoor terrace with trees around and a hammock! People please know this is a homestay! I read some bad comments that almost put me off, I'm glad it didnt..I think some people were expecting hotel service instead of a homestay which is more the equivalent to air bnb for those who aren't sure. Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

Sebastian is such a wonderful host. The guesthouse is clean, beautifully designed and so welcoming. The gardens are gorgeous to spend time in, with the addition of the pool it is pure magic. The breakfast is made fresh daily with lovely touches of homemade items and things sourced from the town. The rooms are large, beautifully decorated and with modern fittings for such a historic building. The dinner offered as additional to the room is amazing, Sebastian cooks beautiful food with local produce and makes every night an experience. A great way to meet people staying as well. Parking was very easy and the location is really central to a lot of the exploring and walking you can do in the area. Car or bike is a must.

My friend and i were walking the Camino and arrived very tired and wet. The rooms were very warm and cosy and we were able to dy all our wet clothes. Ou hosts were very welcoming and provided an enormous breakfast. they sat down to breakfast with us and we had a great time getting to know each other. They were very hospitable
