The English man who welcomed us was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved the location by the river/lake. We were disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open for dinner on either of the nights we stayed. Breakfast however was very good.

Easy to find, nice restaurant and bar, really lovely staff. We chose to stay in this town particularly for a family function, but Tarascon seems pretty enoughand well connected by if you wanted to visit a few bits of the Ariège in one trip . Seemed well priced compared to the three other hotels in the town and rooms were fine, clean and with good recently re-done bathrooms. The restaurant looks right on to the river Ariege and is lovely gif breakfast in the morning.

AVOID. They agreed to cancel my reservation when I couldn't arrive before their reception closed (it was actually still open with people checking in when I went past so they were lying). Having cancelled my reservation, they then fraudulently charged my card.
