Excellent location right outside the tram station. Lovely hosts and very helpful in providing advice regarding our trip to Bordeaux. Air conditioner, which was essential as it was extremely hot when we stayed there.

Ease of access to transport, grocery store, parking spot. Ease of getting in, feeling safe, secure and cozy. We arrived after 8pm, Marion was waiting for us with the keys and instructions . It was a raining day. We unpacked and walked to grab items for breakfast for our stay. Marion was a great help to us when we had a challenge with the electric car!

Nice quite, safe area close to the uni of Bordeaux. Thanks to very good connections by public transport, the inner city of Bordeaux can be easily reached. There is a very beautiful park, and some simple, affordable restaurants close by. If you want something more special for dinner, just hop on the tram for a few minutes.

Talence is a little nice town outside of Bordeaux downtown, so you do need a.car or public transportation to get to the big city. With a bicycle it was very easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Bordeaux. There was a lavery near by to do our washing and the Carrefour is very close.
