It is situated in a very nice green and quiet area. We spent 2 nights here and we could reach the d-day landing beaches easily, whilst having nice time to rest at the beautiful castle and its surroundings. As a matter of fact, we could do some nice walks around the castle, staying always on its premises. We had one dinner at the castle and it was really good and good value for money. I strongly recommend.

The accommodation was very clean, the "ship's room" was full of nice details, you get the feeling that you are actually in the ship's cabin, which is handy when you are visiting the location for the Allied landings.
