The location is wonderful on the shores of Loch Lomond. We had a view onto the loch and a nice room. The room was a good size and was peaceful. It was nice to have a bag of things delivered on the second day to keep us topped up with supplies.

The Hotel was right on a Loch which was great, not far from Loch Lomond.
Calling it a Bespoke Hotel is right, needed an upgrade very tired, and not good value for money. Staff was mixed bag too.
We were only there for 1 night, and that was enough, and it was raining outside, so nothing to view

Hotel setting is very picturesque.
Hotel setting is very picturesque. Staff was great and very friendly. Massive credit to the chap on reception / booking in, super friendly and top advise on the area. Also spent his own time after work doing a quick go on bagpipes which really made it for us. Really deserves a mention and credit to the hotel.

Arrochar is small but pretty, and it's location is superb in two ways - 1) beautiful location at the head of Long Long and the hills behind, including the wonderful "Cobbler" (Ben Arthur); 2) Great stopping off point for longer journeys north - it's only 3 minutes drive (1.6 miles from the A 82 main road to the north.

Always book room at the front of the hotel as the rooms at the rear are by the busy noisy main road breakfast is first class and should be included in your stay good location for stopping at if you are travelling further north
Melissa and Paul were incredibly accommodating and generous. It was my birthday, and Melissa treated me to freshly cut flowers and a celebratory drink. The location is gorgeous and perfect for bagging several Munros—we did Ben Narnainne, Ime, and Vane—and our room offered a stunning view across Loch Long to the Cobbler. We love a cooked breakfast, and the additional pastries were a nice surprise. Melissa and Paul were able to fit an extra bed in our room so a friend could join us. We felt very well looked after.
Everything !! Great location and even though on the A83 it was very quite.
The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel at home.
The cottage is very nice with everything you need for a home from home stay.
Very clean inside with comfy furniture and a very comfy bed.
The views from the lounge and bedroom windows was breath taking and even better when viewing from outside ! Simply stunning views of the Arrochar alps and loch Long.
Thank you for a lovely if not rather damp stay.
This was our second stay, we stayed the week before for two nights and decided to go back this week and requested the same room as the view is amazing out to the hills and across the loch, staff where so kind to allow us to have the room again, our stay was amazing, such an amazing place an the hotel is full of character, the location is exceptional and we climbed the hill at luss, there are so many things to do and see, look forward to going back soon 😄
Breakfast was fairly good with a choice of foods, the croissants were never fresh though. The evening meal was OK but very institutional catering for coach trips. There was a choice of menu but basic. No coffee offered after meals.
Hotel was in lovely setting and clean, however the hotel is tired and in need of a lot of modernisation. The windows were sealed shut so no ventilation in hot bedrooms or stairwells.
The hotel is situated perfectly on the banks of Loch Long with spectacular view of the loch and the hillside beyond. The room was spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The Loch view description did not disappoint, even in the poor weather I arrived in. The local village contains a small number of options for food, but Ben Arthurs Bothy next door served a great meal and pint at a good price.
A little gem, nestled on the northern banks of Loch Lomond. The chalet was beautifully presented with quirky touches with a Scottish flavour. Views of hills and Loch. Hotel with delicious food on site. Water-sport activities available in season. Five minutes to train station to access even more variety. Superb location to just relax or venture further afield.
Location was ideal until we arrived at loch long hotel. The hotel was in need of a refurbishment. Online pictures are clearly not what you get on arrival so please be aware of this and look elsewhere. Everyone else who has left feedback are speaking the truth giving it poor reviews. Should have read them myself if truth be told.
Loved the room, the view of the Loch. I was very surprised to see binoculars in the room too which was great. The guest house is part of the pub next door.ocation is great. If/when I decide to visit Arrochar again I will definitely book this guest house and ask for the same room.
Arrochar is a strategic point to visit Loch Lomond and Alpes, and Melissa's place is very cosy and familiar. She's very friendly and kind, and if you are not in hurry she will find the way and the occasions to make you feel part of the local community. Excellent breakfast
This place is fabulous! We loved everything about it. Close to a pub, a small grocery store, a fish & chips shop and right over Loch Lomond. The views were amazing and the place was beautifully decorated. Loved it so much!
House was great, very spacious and lovely decor. Great location, walking distance to Loch Lomond shore, pub and Slanj restaurant. Bernadette was very friendly and helpful, she also cooked a fantastic breakfast.
Lovely cottage, Equipped with everything needed for home from home stay, Great location as loch lomond and Arrochar close by with pubs/restaurants too. Would defo recommend and would book again.
The hotel is located in an amazing location, with fantastic views down the length of Loch Long. Breakfast and evening three course meals were excellent. Room extremely spacious and well cleaned.
Comfortable and in a convenient location if you want to visit Loch Lomond or if you are passing by and need a place for the night on the main road.
You can park the car in front of the hotel.
Great hotel in a great location. We visit regularly to do shore based scuba diving in Loch Long and Loch Fyne. Ideally situated for early starts and a quick turn around. Breakfast is good.
the stunning location with glorious views across loch long. The atmospheric pub with plenty of seating. The quality and choice of local soured food on the bistro menu.
