The staff were absolutely lovely..
The staff were absolutely lovely.. The food was delicious and hot.. My only complaint was the over the bath shower. As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Don't buy any breakfast as ample is provided as is milk. Richard and Nathalie are attentive, friendly but also discreet hosts. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful.
