Arrived at place and the lad behind bar couldn’t find our booking so had to call manager. Room was cold. Asked for toiletries as there wasn’t any in room , not even a hand soap. These never arrived. Wife had to walk downstairs to bar toilets to wash her hands. There was only 1 cup in room for a 2 person stay. To get in and out of property after pub is closed you have to use these steep steps and there was a bolt missing from one of handrails. The only thing I would say was bed was comfortable.
