Lovely room very clean and tidy. There is a comunial lounge to sit in if wanted as well as a kitchen area! Also your own private bathroom! As I was leaving before breakfast they organised a breakfast bag for me which was lovely! Would stay here again for sure!

We only stayed for one night after a trip to Islay. The room is basic which perfectly suited our needs; The staff at Dellwood have been incredibly welcoming making the overall experience great. Everyone is very happy to chat and the breakfast feels like being hosted in a friends home. They have also been incredibly kind to post back a charger i forgot in the room, free of charge! (pun intended) Would definitely go back on the next trip to Campbeltown

Quite certainly the best B&B we've ever stayed in! Everything was PERFECT : John and David were wonderful hosts from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The house is beautiful and so clean, the decoration and equipment are wonderful and the full Scottish breakfast was excellent! Wish we could have stayed longer!! Even a lovely cake on arrival - they really look after their guests!

The Guesthouse is gorgeous. The room and the whole house are wonderfully furnished, very clean, with a great eye for detail and everything one might need.
The bed was comfortable and cosy.
Joanna is an excellent host, very cordial and always ready to help.
And Vitold is a star cook. Every meal was so delicious.
We would for sure book again next time we come to Scotland.

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Quiet location a short walk from town centre. Plenty of off road parking space. Friendly and accomodating host. The room and house are very well furnished and in good order. The breakfast choices and food was very good.

We loved the easy access to our room with 3 dogs and a massive walk in shower gave us that extra space. We loved the clean towels and also how special you made it for our dogs, extra doggie towels and blankets and chewies for all 3 :))) We loved tea and coffee, chocs and biscuits and shampoos etc We loved the restaurant options and easy access for the dogs plus being able to sit outside and enjoy beachfront views or inside sea views - awesome!! Extra special to take the dogs out for beach walks although sad about one of the Canadian geese, and too many dead seagulls on the shore but overall beautiful seaside adventure. We travelled down as far as Saddler and got to tour with best mate Jane. Enjoy the peace, quiet, clean natural lifestyle while you can and it becomes another tourist overcrowded beach.

Bellochantuy is a really small village, you almost have to have a car if you want to venture around. It is conveniently placed to explore the Kintyre peninsula, but not for someone who is looking for pubs and exploring different restaurants every night.

The extension built onto the back of the hotel is the restaurant and every table has fantastic views of the Atlantic, Islay, Jura and Gigha.Sunsets were amazing. We had a spotlessly clean room overlooking the beach and the sea and it was close to golf at Machrihanish Golf Club, where we were playing. Ian and Nick were amazing hosts and had a wonderful restaurant and bar with delicious food and drinks. They went out if their way to feed us later in the evening after our golf round and treated us like we were one of the family. We highly recommend.AAnonymousCanada

The restaurant had delicious food and we enjoyed walking on the beach when it wasn't raining. Our room was very modern and comfortable. There was also a sitting room and plenty of places to be social if that is what you like. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through or just wanting to get away for the weekend.
