hotel was beautiful and impressive - gardens stunning and a lovely surprise - staff were excellent and a real asset . Hotel very dog friendly and dog was welcomed by all staff ..Room was large well equipped and very comfortable with excellent decor . Toiletries were lovely . We travelled there purely to meet up with Family who live in the area. Surrey is still a beautiful rural County in many parts. Driving off the Motorways through pretty leafy lanes enjoying the Architecture of its Villages is always a pleasure.

The management staff were fantastic in dealing with some small issues. My sister and I were upgraded and very happy with the rooms. We had a few small issues over supper but these were acknowledged by the management and dealt with accordingly.
