Absolutely everything, we stayed for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond while we where staying. The room was outstanding (junior suit) and the breakfast was amazing

I asked for a room with a walk in shower and was very pleased with the room.
I liked the location of the hotel which I have used for over 30 years.
I was very impressed with reception who went beyond what I expected, all were attentive to my needs. All other staff were pleasant.
I also liked the quality of the one bar meal I had.

The staff were very sympathetic to things being wrong in our room such as the TV continuously going off and we’re given drink vouchers as an apology.
The beds were definitely the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had at a hotel before, it was lovely!
They had blackout curtains which was great and it was very close to different restaurants and bars.
This hotel offers free Wi-Fi, and is just off the A1 motorway next door to the Bannatyne Health Club.

It locates an edge of the town and therefore we could spend comfortable night with less money. The room is big enough and hot water from the shower is lot enough.

Brand new motel, clean, tidy, neat, friendly staff, good parking space, not too far from the city center. Great place to stop on your UK road trip. The bed was big, the coffee maker and kettle fine, bathroom clean and large.
