Good location for us. Quiet room. Best of all, windows that open fully! An absolute godsend in the warmer weather and in the bathroom. They're small windows and they don't open really wide, so still H&S compliant. Also can't rate the lovely (Italian?) Lady on reception. So friendly ans helpful. EXCELLENT value for money.
