The Sands Hotel in Orkney is located in a small village, right across the street from the sea. We like St Margarets Hope & so it is our preferred location when staying on mainland Orkney. Apartment had everthing we required including being able to cook a bit & get our clothes washed. Comfy bed & a good shower.
