Good hotel room size, great bathroom, friendly staff. Character of the hotel was fun and cosy. Super easy to find. Food and drink options in the pub was excellent. Vegan and gluten free friendly
We had an enjoyable stay. It was comfortable with good views, close to the canal towpath which provided the opportunity for a walk. Very pleasant beer garden, and ample parking.
The restaurant had a varied lunch/dinner menu.

Condor Green is a good location to visit the nearby city of Lancaster and its castle, priory and the Williamson Gardens, it is also only a 15 minute drive to the interesting market town of Garstang with its canal walks, castle ruins and Wrye river walks.
The Stork pub at Condor Green has friendly bar staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere serving good food using locally sourced ingredients.
On the canal walk from The Mill at Condor Green to Glasson Dock it is possible to see local wild life , farm animals and many birds including swans and kingfishers.

This is a fabulous place to visit. The staff are excellent.
This is a fabulous place to visit. The staff are excellent. They make you feel as if you are coming home!! The food is excellent. Although we all took a walk along the tow path of the canal we did not look at the surrounding area. This is something we must do in the summer. I would say anyone staying here would have a brilliant time.

I stayed here because a relative lived close by and we were celebrating a birthday so this was not a holiday in the true sense. I know Conder Green well and it is very quiet and useful for walking particularly canal walking. Easy reach of |Glasson Dock and Lancaster. Ate at The Mill for convenience. The food was good but in my opinion a little more like a pub than it was a few years ago, when it was a first class restaurant.

Location next to the canal was very tranquil, food was simple but of good quality and variety, service was friendly. My room was a little tired but adequate, nothing some tLC could not remedy. Overall good value for the price.
First impressions were good, the lady on reception was so friendly and made us feel at home right away. The room was spacious and had a lovely view across the fields. Bed was fairly comfortable, although not perfect. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits were provided. The bathroom had a powerful shower and shower gel/shampoo were provided. Cooked breakfast and evening meal were both tasty, and staff were all a credit to the hotel, which is the main reason for a score of 8.
This was our third vist to the Mill at Conder Green, having visiting twice in 2018. It was great to be back and revisit previous visits. The rooms are great here and I really like the bar and restaurant. Our welcome at reception was great, and support continued even after we left as my partner had mistakenly left a bag behind and the hotel called to tell me so I could go back for it.
We will definitely be booking a 4th stay in the future.
second time staying here as it is convenient for visiting our daughter at Lancaster Uni. Staff and food great.
The room we stayed in this time was not as nice as one stayed in previously and had a very tired bathroom with a shower over bath that was not very powerful and had a damp smelling shower curtain that stuck to you whilst you showered.
We would definitely come back but we would check which room was available before booking
Lovely hotel in a great location on the canal. We were greeted by a very friendly lovely lady on reception. Public spaces were very nice with attractive decor. We stayed for one night and had lovely weather - lovely sunset with a drink on the patio. Fabulous breakfast with lots of choice and food was lovely. We had a lovely view from our bedroom. Lots of parking available.
Room was lovely - clean and comfortable and we got an upgrade to a larger room which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect - so peaceful beside the canal we could sit in the bar patio and relax at the start of our break.
We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good. Breakfast was also good with everything you would expect, well cooked and promptly served.
We chose the location as we wanted a place we had not visited before on the way to the Lakes. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. A lovely location on the canal for easy strolls. All the staff were cheerful and friendly. The meal is n the restaurant was delicious, both the beef and the lamb dishes. A nice breakfast too.
There was a bit of a mix up with our room, but the very nice Reception Staff solved it all in even better way than we would have expected. Very nice premises, rooms very comfortable. The hotel is in a remote, but very pretty location overlooking a river, really quiet.
The location was really nice off the beaten track but only 10 mins from lancaster, the staff were really good , and very helpful , and really friendly, the food is the real star of the show, the chef, knows what they are doing ,and the menu's covered all the bases
