Clean, functional with good pool and gym. We use this hotel regularly over the years as it is close to stay near my mum. It had gone a little downhill after lockdown but now seems back to its old self of being cleaner and a food place to stay for birmingham and West Bromwich and visiting Sandwell Valley.

Everything! The room was very clean and comfortable. The food was fresh and really good. The hotel had a lovely welcoming feel but the staff really made our stay great. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all so friendly. Will definitely be going back!
