The beds were very comfortable. (Very soft and like a cloud) Easy to find, GREAT location for why we're were staying. Communication was good, bathroom was modern, and many toiletries to use. (Eventho, we took our own)

Our room was super clean. Especially the bathroom which looked new. The restaurant and pub was good value for money. Had two meals at lunchtime for £10.95. Cheapest I think in Lytham.
