The place hasn't changed much since the time I lived two...
The place hasn't changed much since the time I lived two miles away prior to going to University-including a very high level of traffic, much of which was surely supposed to have been eradicated when the A3095 was re-routed to avoid the town in the late 80s. Maybe an additional bypass for other routes into and out of the town is required?

I liked the location in a quiet area, plenty of parking...
I liked the location in a quiet area, plenty of parking available, friendly and helpfull staff, quiet bar downstairs a home like feel all around. Could be a little more modern but overall i enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

Very quiet overlooking the garden. We only wanted a bed & bathroom whilst visiting family so this room was just what we required. I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't comment on that, but I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again.
