The location, staff and amenities were perfect for what we wanted , staff was very helpful and friendly and my dogs even had a little welcome pack with a ball some chews and a couple of poop bags which they loved

The staff in every department were really helpful and nothing was too much for them. The receptionist was knowledgeable about the area and she was able to direct us to well known locations around Swansea, of which, we followed the directions and they were pretty perfect!

The staff were friendly & helpful. The initial impression of the downstairs is lovely - maybe had a refurb recently in the bar/dining area as this looks modern, clean and fresh. It was right next to the transport hub so trains would be easy ( although we drove). It has a close by car park. Beds were comfy, linen clean.
