The breakfast was rather average and I was a little surprised that when my wife asked for mocha she was told she'd have to pay for it. At the price we were paying, I'd have thought that could be included.

This hotel is just Outstanding.Beautifully restored. Beautifully located. The room, the bathroom, the bed, the breakfast. The lasting "like was the interaction with owner James and long term "front desk person Helen. So hands on and welcoming. We have stayed in a lot of B&B type accommodation all over the world and this hotel clearly makes our top 5 list. Would strongly recommend the St. Enodoc.

the location is stunning, right on the beach. we had parking right out front so easy to carry stuff in. I love the surf shack as we brought surf boards and went surfing, it was great to be able to wash our wetsuits and store our boards. we had a breakfast which was also nice. room was comfortable but regret not getting a room with sea view as it looked amazing and sunset was good.

The building is spectacular. Made of massive stone walls, with narrow passages and stairs. But renovated beautifully, so that is now a very elegant and modern hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bath spacious.
Bodmin is not so appealing, on Saturday it was like a ghost town, but it's in a strategic position, half way between the south and north coasts, it takes only 20 minutes to go anywhere interesting in the area
