Lovely room and close to amenities car park was expensive at £14.00! We should of been offered reduced room price because of the refurb,
The breakfast was lovely and had gluten free options which was fantastic.

I asked for a room with a walk in shower and was very pleased with the room.
I liked the location of the hotel which I have used for over 30 years.
I was very impressed with reception who went beyond what I expected, all were attentive to my needs. All other staff were pleasant.
I also liked the quality of the one bar meal I had.

The staff were very sympathetic to things being wrong in our room such as the TV continuously going off and we’re given drink vouchers as an apology.
The beds were definitely the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had at a hotel before, it was lovely!
They had blackout curtains which was great and it was very close to different restaurants and bars.
