Upgrade the beds. We paid for a Delux room but the beds were distinctly cheap pine with cheap mattresses. They need a topper on. Way too hard. I had to get in the bunk bed in the end but didn’t get and sleep and this was the same type of mattress. The sofa in the room was bottomed out so couldn’t sit on it, it had a big dip in the middle making us fall into each other. The pine furniture needed to be revarnished. Clearly all worn away

I stayed in the honeymoon superior King Room, which was lovely decorated. Food was great, staff was very friendly. Nice little extras in the room, nail kit, earbuds etc Air con is nice and quiet. Nice and quiet room also.

I was immediately given help with my luggage as I am elderly. I was also helped the following morning with my luggage. There was everything in the room that I required for a one night stay. The room was clean and the bed linen good.

Lovely stay in rural Norfolk. The room was large and bed comfy. Delicious and hot Full English in the old mill itself. Amazing building and greeted by Paul, the head chef and 'entertainment' manager. Nice to be served by a happy face who made you feel like a valued customer. Just a heads up, we didn't eat at the adjoining Indian Restaurant, which is a separate business. But if you enjoy Indian Cuisine, by the number of cars in the car park it must be excellent. If you're not a fan, then the town of Dereham is only just over a mile away.
