This family-run town centre hotel was originally built in 1842 and has many historical features. Rooms are all of a high quality with en suite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs.

Great location, right in the middle of town. Becky, who seemed to be running the place was brilliant, and couldn’t have been more helpful, recommending places near the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with coffee and tea facilities, and sweets (a nice touch). The breakfast selection was great too, with options for all tastes. We ate at the hotel on the Saturday night, and again the food was superb. (I can highly recommend the ribeye steak)

If you like walking and history then this is the place to...
If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. The area looked beautiful but unfortunately we were only able to stay overnight for a friends funeral. We had to be back in London that evening for a prebooked event. Will definately go back again to explore the area.

The brand new bathroom had a tiny installation fault and they had the plumber in the next morning to try to fix it. I asked for whatever fruit was fresh with yoghurt for breakfast and Jeremy asked if there were anything he could get at the market to make our breakfasts even better. Reception staff were consistently welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great en suite shower room. We were on the sunny side of the hotel, which was quite warm but there was a very efficient and quiet fan provided, for which we were grateful. There was free parking. We ate in the Mulberry Tree restaurant in the evening where the service was also very good and the food great.

Stunning views of the Hills including Malvern Priory. Close to everything in Great Malvern including Great Malvern train station. There is no allocated parking but parking is plentiful in the side roads and during our stay I was able to park just opposite the apartment every evening.
