Room was bright and kept clean

We stayed in the main building in room 3. Upon arrival, naturally opening sliding window to look out, I was covered in black dirt on my t shirt from the filth on the rail. On looking around the room we discovered a wet room that was not clearly stated on booking, we overlooked a children's playground, which we endured screaming children and it felt wrong to be overlooking this play area. Again not made clear on booking, as well as the fact we were right over the bar. The corridors also had a foul smell, that we had to cope with entering our room. Upon using the wet room, the was dirt in the corners, which was not pleasent and the joints of the grab rails in it, were dirty. When using the shower the first morning, the water temperature was scolding, I could not even hold the shower head with a flannel. My husband tried to turn gauge down but it got hotter. We both had to wash at the sink which was not acceptable. On speaking to the staff they said they would get maintenence to look at it, but on return from going out, we were not told this had happened and it was almost not a big deal that it was like this, which I found a terrible attitude. Had there been a disabled person in the room, they would of been seriously scolded as they would not have been able to move away, why is this not serious for your staff? On the second day the shower came on and my husband left it running for me to get in, as he had got temperature acceptable, so we had to assume maintenence had been in, as I walked to shower, the water stopped coming out, so again another wash had to be had at sink, and toilet would not flush. But this point I was very annoyed. We had a 3 hour journey home, and I tried to call Saturday, speaking to a Rachel, who I have to say, made me feel that I was fabricating this.

The staff were amazing and I think it was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had . Lots of space in our room

It was perfect from booking in to when we booked out nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff the food was great from breakfast to evening meal it was just a lovely few days would definitely book again

Always for the dedicated 80's disco night. And handy to sleep overnight in a nice hotel room.
