Lovely beamed decent sized room, self controlled heating/Aircon unit, comfortable bed, good bathroom (extractor fan broken).
Food in restaurant/pub very good, large variety - reasonable price for the quality and quantity but not cheap. Plenty of garden seating.
Location very close to town and river walk.

Location was very good to the promenade the staff where friendly we slept through the breakfast so couldn’t rate that!!! but when we returned after the festival we had drinks in the courtyard which we enjoyed. Room was lovely and had lots of nice little touches
