A well refurbished single storey property in extensive grounds of a large family house, abundant secure parking - great for classic cars! We ate a delightful dinner, chosen from an offering of modern dishes and traditional fare, at the pub at the end of the short approach lane - no car needed! Worth booking a visit to The Manor (almost next door) to hear the stories of Green Knowe and Lucy Boston’s life in one of the oldest houses in England - fabulous! (and there are plants for sale!!)

A beautiful property in a delightful thatched cottage village. It was ideally situated for us as we were attending a family funeral in one of the local villages. Very friendly welcome. The rooms are all beautifully furnished using high grade materials. All extremely clean and tidy. There was a good choice of fruit, cereals and pastries for breakfast but a menu would have been helpful with regard to the cooked option. However once prepared this was very tasty using good quality local produce. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.PatriciaUnited Kingdom
