Knights Court, hotel in Hemsby

Knights Court is a seafront hotel, overlooking the Norfolk Coastline and Venetian gardens. The cosy en suite rooms have free Wi-Fi and some have sea views, balconies and patios.

The location was great, right on the seafront and with parking available on site too. Our motel style room was really comfortable, cosy with everything we needed and a private entrance too. Full English breakfast was just perfect. We'd definitely stay here again!

Hemsby is a good location as a base to explore other areas of Norfolk. If you have kids then this is a good location as you have everything you need on your doorstep. I imagine that Hemsby is a major holiday destination judging by the amount of amusement arcades and caravan parks in the surrounding area. In the high season if you are after a quiet location then this probably is not the location for you. However, if you have kids then this is perfect.

    Beach is beautiful.

Beach is beautiful. I went away with just my dog and felt a little nervous going solo - I needn’t have worried! Amazing pub in Hemsby called the Lacon Arms served fab food, friendly staff and very dog friendly. Little bakery at the start of the Main Street let me call out my order from at the door. Local Hirsts farm shop let you take your dog in and their cafe serves incredible food. A visit to quirky 1940’s Poppylands is a must as are the seals at Horsey Gap. Short drive to Gt Yarmouth (amazing model village) and so many wonderful beaches all within a few miles. Local People are so friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hemsby and surrounding area to dog owners and to families with children.

Our stay at this lovely place was everything we could have hoped for and more. With plenty of activities for children, including a nearby park, amusement area, and a short walk to a sandy beach, boredom was never an option. The convenience of being just two minutes away from a pub and the club house added to the overall enjoyment. Plus, the fun fair and main Hemsby attractions were within easy reach. We're already planning our return trip, as this spot has everything needed for a memorable family holiday!"

Really lovely little holiday cottage situated on the edge of Hemsby. Very clean, well fitted out with all you need for a comfortable stay. Great, private little garden with furniture. Beds comfortable, and comfy lounge. Kitchen very well equipped. No parking on site but this is really not a problem as the suggested street parking is very easy and literally one minute walk away. Great location for visiting this part of the Norfolk coast, and also easy access to Eastern Broads. WE definitely plan to return.

Hemsby is a great place for families with young children. Not too big but plenty to do and the beach is lovely. Also close to other places to visit. Plenty of places to eat on the main Street and very reasonable prices. Amusement arcades, fairground, golf. fireworks on a Tuesday in August. Walkable from the chalet to the main Street and beach. Beach about 20 mins via amusement and cafe strip. Would definitely go again

We can't fault the accommodation at all, it was picture perfect and exceeded our expectations. This was our first stay at a holiday park and in a chalet. We were left tea, coffee, sugar and milk (nice touch). The evenings were cooler but the storage heaters were great. The location was great and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, entertainment if you like.

If you drive, excellent access to white sand beaches, seal spotting, Norfolk broads, great yarmouth, Norwich, local supermarkets. Without a car well stocked shop on site with a lovely owner, arcades and 20 min walk to beach. The chalet is clean, comfortable with good beds and everything you need for a family break.

Lovely chalet with good amenities provided. Hosts were quick to respond to issues reported with the water and also left free cake as an apology which was a lovely touch! Clean and well maintained. In the centre of Hemsby so very close to the arcades, shops, pubs, beach and more.
