The property was very comfortable. Perfect for our family ( two adults and two children aged 8 and 11). Excellent value for money.
There is a garden to the front and one to the rear across the back access. Our kids enjoyed playing on the lawns, I did need to watch my youngest as cars from other houses cross the access to the rear lawn and the front is next to a main road. Just bear in mind, but don’t let this put you off as we slept really well and we felt if watched the kids were safe and they also loved the neighbouring chickens
Sally was an excellent host. Great info supplied before our stay and very quick to respond to queries during our stay. She gladly provided us with a barbecue as well.
The house is roughly 10/15mins from the nearest beach Cresswell. Gorgeous long beach with close ice cream shop. All the beaches are just wonderful. Visited Alnwick, a must visit. Also went on Billy Shiels boat to Farne Islands which was well worth the money, amazing.

Breakfast was very good, maybe too much food! Second morning seemed as if there was only one member of staff on duty doing everything apart from cooking it... Location is perfect for us, we have been coming to St Marys' ever since it opened 8 years ago. The rooms are large and comfortable.
The Premier Lodge is just 2 minutes’ walk from Morpeth town centre, which includes the famous Sandersons Arcade - a 30-million pound shopping centre.

The Lodge is a no-frills accommodation offering with no facility for meals. My room was spacious. A comfy bed, quality sheets/duvet, an excellent shower and spotlessly clean
