Property is excellent with all facilities you need for a long weekend or longer. Appreciated the very sunny courtyard to eat outside. Even has washing line in the sun! Parking immediately outside the front door. Well located to visit all areas of Suffolk on your doorstep. And a superb pub for evening dinner 20 mins walk away. Really beautifully furnished, spacious, cosy accommodation. Very private. Good underfloor heating. Lovely modern kitchen with good facilities. Two nice comfy sofas for relaxing in the evening. Friendly host who generously provided a bottle of prosecco on arrival.

Very helpful and thoughtful hosts in Steve and Simon. Great breakfast options. Very comfortable and well designed bedroom. Very thoughtful sensor night lights placed along the corridor/steps into the private bathroom. Well stocked tea. coffee etc. supplies in the bedroom topped up daily. Steve offered to take our bags both up to and down from our bedroom which was much appreciated (see stairs comment below).
