Avoid If they have a function on do not go ,waited to be seated for dinner for an hour as a paying guest very helpful reception staff well done James duty manager refused to see me about complaint regarding dinner situation disgusting incompetent individual, scott is a insult to the industry. To owner if you have a function on get more staff in so paying guests can have a meal after travelling all day and employ a duty manager who can give customer service like reception.Thaks for ruined stay SCOTT

THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND VERY POLITE. THE ROOM WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS, THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE PILLOWS, THEY WERE SLIGHTLY HARD , BUT ALL IN ALL IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY , WE WERNT SURE ABOUT THE RESTAURANT FACILITIES SO WE TOOK OUR OWN FOOD

The hotel is in a good location just off the motorway… the staff are usually pleasant and helpful and the restaurant is good value for decent meals. The rooms are very spacious and good to have a bath and shower too.
