Converted barn one bedroom studio glamping, hotel in Horspath

Converted barn one bedroom studio glamping offers accommodation in Horspath, 46 km from Cliveden House and 50 km from Newbury Racecourse.

Lovely clean, warm room. The bed was large and very comfortable. There were towels and toiletries, but we did not use them. Loved the biscuits! Very quiet and scenic location, we both got a good night's sleep, which was the point of the stay. We had to re-tune the TV, but once we had done that, it was fine.

Linton Lodge a BW Signature Collection Hotel, hotel in Horspath

Welcome to Linton Lodge a BW Signature Collection Hotel, a traditional and well-appointed hotel nestled in a quiet residential street just minutes away from the bustling heart of Oxford.

It is located in a very quiet area (not very central - about 15 minutes by bus from the city centre). The staff were nice, the beds large and comfy. I had one breakfast there, which was rather nice but nothing extravagant. It was clean.

The location is perfect and the staff were very kind and helpful. I was satisfied with the size of my room but thought the lighting could be better.

Getting through Horspath to find the campsite is a bit...

Getting through Horspath to find the campsite is a bit awkward (narrow roads and sharp bends) and you probably need satnav, but it is straightforward. The track between the main road and the campsite is rather bumpy! We went into the village for breakfast, to Bruin's Cafe on the High Street - really nice, lovely tasty food and great service, would thoroughly reccommend.
