The room was lovely - well decorated and furnished. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bath was also very big, great after a day of hiking! The owner was also very friendly and accomodating. Location was great - right in the centre of Hexham but not too noisy. Value for money was amazing - have stayed in much worse places for twice as much money!

The room was very spacious and had great views of the river and a beautiful old bridge. The location was excellent, being on the national trail we were walking. The accommodation had the potential to be quite special.
